This photo series aim This photo series explores the complexity of love beyond the glossy, surface-level portrayals often celebrated in entertainment and on social media. Although one can recognize elements of affection, closeness, and see a display of two people slowly becoming one throughout the series, love isn’t as shallow as it is normally portrayed in fiction nor is it a one person dance.

It is easy to fabricate the complications of relationships into a desirable, digestible image that is universally appealing. However, without addressing the elephant in the room, one is incapable of acknowledging the depth of the connection and the illusion will eventually fade away until the cycle starts once again with a different tint.
